Is this just a fancy chatbot?

No. Chatbots answer questions in a chat window. Our agents take actions in your tools: send the follow-up, route the lead, move the budget, book the call. They run on Claude and connect to your GoHighLevel, your Google Ads, your Xero, your inbox. Every action gets logged in the dashboard with a dollar value attached.

Are the agents really autonomous?

Inside their written remit, yes. Outside it, no. The CMO can refine keywords and move spend within a budget envelope you set. It cannot launch new campaigns above a dollar threshold without your sign-off. The remit gets expanded every month as trust builds.

What happens if an agent makes a bad call?

Every action is logged and most are reversible (pause a keyword, restore a budget). For irreversible actions, the agent stops and asks. The log is your audit trail. At any point you can ask "did this make us money?" and the answer is a number, not a story.

What's the catch with "$2.4k/mo"?

No catch. That's the entry tier (one agent, one workflow, one dashboard). The full three-seat install runs $4k/mo. Both prices are AUD ex-GST, both include a 7-day prototype before you sign anything, both include weekly review calls. If your business genuinely doesn't have the workflow volume to justify $2.4k/mo, we'll tell you on the audit call.

Why not just hire a real exec instead?

If you can afford and find a great one, do it. The agents fit a specific gap: businesses too big to leave intake and acquisition unattended, too small to put a $180k human in each seat. Most of our clients are exactly that shape and our $40M of client revenue history is the playbook the agents run.

I already work with an agency. Do I have to fire them?

No. The agents and dashboard sit on top of whatever's already running. We read from your ad accounts and CRM, we don't replace your existing setup. Some clients keep their agency for creative and let the agents handle performance and follow-up. That works fine.

How "real" is the prototype I get in 7 days?

It's a live URL on a subdomain you choose, with your actual data wired in. Not a Figma mockup, not a slide deck. If after 7 days you don't think it earns the build fee, we walk and you don't get an invoice. We've never had a client decline at this point but the option is in the contract.

What's the minimum commitment?

Build is a one-off project with the 7-day prototype guarantee. The agent retainer runs a 3-month minimum because it takes ~30 days for agents to calibrate to your data and the value compounds from there. After month 3 it rolls monthly, 30 days notice to cancel.

Do you build for businesses outside Australia?

Yes. We're Sydney-based but the agents and dashboard are channel-agnostic. If you're on Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Xero, Stripe or similar, we can build for you wherever you are.
